These instructions can be used with Windows 2000 or Windows Me.

  1. Insert the WinDVD installation disk; the install program should start automatically. (If the installation does not start automatically then browse to the CD ROM and click on the SETUP icon.)
  2. Click Next at the Welcome Screen.
  3. Click Yes on the License Agreement.
  4. Type in the serial number when prompted. Click Next.
  5. Click Next to install WinDVD 2000 in the default directory C:\Program
  6. Files\InterVideo\WinDVD.
  7. Select Typical install and click Next.
  8. Click Next to add program icons into the default folder. Setup will then copy system files to the hard drive.
  9. Click Finish to complete setup.
  10. Click Finish to restart the computer. The computer will reboot.
  11. After Windows finishes booting completely double-click the InterVideo WinDVD icon on the Desktop, or insert a DVD into the DVD-ROM drive to run WinDVD 2000.
